Workroom Manager – Custom Window Treatments
The Opportunity
We’re building a state-of-the-art workroom and need a hands-on leader to manage production, train sewists, and ensure every order exceeds expectations.
About the Role
- Oversee daily production (cutting, sewing, pressing, QC)
- Train and mentor 4–6 sewists on Window Wares standards
- Manage workflow, deadlines, and inventory
- Collaborate with sales/design teams on complex orders
- Maintain equipment and a safe, efficient workspace
You’re Perfect If You
- Have 3+ years managing a drapery/soft goods workroom
- Are fluent in pleating, pattern-making, and industrial sewing
- Excel at scheduling, training, and quality control
- Lead with positivity and a “get it done” attitude

Sewist – Custom Window Treatments
The Opportunity
You will craft high-end draperies, valances, Roman shades, cornices, and specialty treatments with precision and pride. This is a full-time, hands-on sewing position in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
About the Role
- Cut, sew, and finish custom window treatments to exact specifications
- Operate industrial straight-stitch, walking-foot, and blind-hem machines
- Collaborate on pattern adjustments and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
You’re Perfect If You
- Have 2+ years sewing custom draperies or soft goods (professional workroom preferred)
- Excel with heavy fabrics, linings, interlinings, and sheers
- Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven team
- Want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship

Customer Care Consultant
The Opportunity
Join our friendly customer care team! You’ll be the first point of contact for designers and clients, helping them with questions, orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Window Wares.
About the Role
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, and provide written documentation of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction with courtesy, understanding, and follow-up resolution
- Learn about company products to assist in processing orders
You’re Perfect If
- Have Customer Care Experience
- Have excellent phone and written communication skills
- Can multi-task and solve problems efficiently
- Are quick to learn new systems and processes
- Thrive in a team-focused, client-oriented environment
