GENERAL INFORMATION
TERMS
- 1%-10 days, net 30. Discounts taken after 10 days will be charged back to your account.
- Past-due invoices are subject to finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month. Finance charges are included in the amount due and must be paid in full.
- A deposit may be required on some orders.
- There is a $15.00 minimum order charge, excluding samples and freight.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website using your dealer login.

COMMERCIAL QUOTES – ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS - Companies vary on minimum unit requirements.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Changes made to quotes may affect the price.
ORDER TRACKING/ORDER STATUS
Please have your sales order number when you contact us to track or check the status of an order.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or canceled if they have reached production status.
SHIPPING/FREIGHT TERMS - Shipping and handling terms are listed under the Dealer Center Discount Structure.
- Truck freight charges are based on delivery to a commercial site. Residential deliveries will incur an additional charge.
- Inspect immediately for freight damage or box shortage. If either is found, sign the freight bill “damaged” or “box shortage”. Holes, open ends, re-taping, torn boxes, etc. constitute possible damage. Window Wares, Inc. is not responsible for damages or shortages not noted on the freight bill.
- Concealed damage is denied by all carriers.
