It’s completely free to join! There are no fees to set up your account as an approved dealer.

Becoming a dealer is easy. Click the “Become a Dealer” link in our main navigation and complete the short application form. Once submitted, our team will review your information and create your account. That’s all there is to it!

Yes. As a dealer, you’ll receive competitive trade pricing. We work to ensure you always get the best value for your business.

Yes. Window Wares maintains a full showroom in our Omaha, Nebraska office, featuring over 50 display shades, an extensive fabric collection and, coming soon, a furniture showroom! Dealers are welcome to visit the showroom or request guidance on selecting materials for their clients.

Yes. Window Wares offers a comprehensive loaner book program, giving dealers access to samples from all our trusted manufacturers. The program is free, and you just handle return shipping, making it easy to showcase products to your clients.

Pre-pay accounts can be activated the same day. If you request terms, we’ll open your account as pre-pay first, and the terms approval process may take up to 7 business days.

Window Wares partners with over 20 of the top trusted brands, ensuring you have access to a comprehensive selection to satisfy any client project.

All warranties are provided by the individual manufacturers. Please check the manufacturer’s warranty information for coverage details. If you need assistance, our Customer Service team can help point you to the right documentation.

Yes. If you plan to pick up your order, we can hold it in our warehouse until you’re ready for installation. If you need the order held and then shipped later, please contact Customer Service before placing your order so we can arrange storage and shipping.
